Opinionmeter has the most advanced and user-friendly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform available in the areas of survey-driven customer experience management and digital intelligent checklists. We purposefully launched our initial Worldwide Partner Program with just three international partners in order to fine-tune the program to ensure the business success of our partners. Starting in October 2018, we will begin accepting proposals from new business partners from different countries. Our business model supports a variety of delivery modalities, including self-service and full-service offerings to the end-user. In the event the end-user prefers full-service support, the licensee would provide such added-value services for additional revenue. Added-value services can be provided even when the technology is sold (when end-users desire ongoing account management). Typical support services include, but are not limited to, the following: setting up the partner on the Opinionmeter platform, designing customer experience management programs, designing survey protocols and questionnaires, collecting, analyzing and reporting survey data related to the use of the Opinionmeter platform.
