“I have used Opinionmeters very successfully at the largest Kaiser Permanente hospital and another medium size Kaiser Permanente hospital in Los Angeles for over 10 years. I use a very old model but I have really crafted the questions and have gotten accurate results for years….very helpful in the healthcare setting! Where the Opinionmeters have been most helpful here is in our 13 labs….turns out there was no way to collect point-of-service data for any of our labs until we figured out that the Opinionmeters were perfect for it. So now, after 13 years, I have a dedicated Opinionmeter in each of our labs….they are checked and monitored by the lab managers each month and the results are reported out to the dept. and their bosses. So even using old first generation Opinionmeters we are still collecting and using good data in 2010!”
