“We love OM and have found the kiosks easy to install, manage, and move. We have used it for very specific surveys specific to departments, providers, or both. We run several surveys on one kiosk, based upon departments in the location. We change it up whenever we want, sometimes with very specific questions, and sometimes we use it for general campus-wide customer service measurements. We have 20, and we have found for us that stand up is the way to go. Wall mounted is limiting, for us, and desktops haven’t been as well received, since the patient may be asked to give feedback even on the staff with whom they are standing. So, we put the kiosks off to the side a bit, but still within seeing vision of staff who can monitor usage. We have placed them throughout our company, at as many as 10 different locations, cities, departments, etc. It has helped create some unity and synergy around certain patient satisfaction initiatives.
We have two folks who are the OM experts, and while they devote some time to it, it is an easy product to use, easy to manipulate, and the OM crew has been very very helpful from day one to the present. “
