Among the recent additions is the Net Promoter Score (NPS) reporting module and newly enhanced Address Book (for managing email lists). We’ve also added a Paper Survey scanning module to the SurveyManager. Now you can manage your paper surveys with the same efficiency as your touch screen and web surveys – all within SurveyManager! New SurveyManager Features!
Net Promoter Score - This report follows the popular concept of identifying customers whoare ‘detractors’ or ‘promoters’. This is done by segmenting the responses to the NPS question inone of three categories: ‘Detractors’, ‘Neutral’ or ‘Promoters’. These segments are determined byhow they answer the one ‘Ultimate Question’: “How likely would you be to recommend us to your friends or colleagues?” 

Survey Duration -We’ve added the survey’s ‘duration’ to the data being captured with each survey. In addition to the date/time of the survey, you will now know how long it took the respondent to answer the survey.PercentageCalculation – This new feature is located in the Analysis Report screen and allows you to calculateyour percentages using either the total survey count OR the total response count (responses recorded for each individual question). This comes into play whenever you have branching logic or skip patternswithin your survey. If for example, you have a skip pattern that allows some respondents to skip Q2 and let’s say 20% of the total population skip Q2, you now have the choice to calculate the statistics for Q2 off the total population (100%) or just the subset of the total that responded to each individual question (in this case Q2 only has 80% of the total).

SurveyManager Report Dashboard – We are now working on adding a Dashboard to the reportingmodule of the SurveyManager. If you are familiar with dashboards, they provide users the ability to view and manage multiple report types simultaneously within a single view. This is one reason we’ve selected Dundas as our graphics tool of choice. If you take a look at the visually rich representation of data their tool provides, I think you’ll agree this will be an exciting addition to the SurveyManager’s robust reporting engine. Click Here to view some sample Dashboards utilizing Dundas charting echnology.New Question Type: Information Page – Based on your feedback, we’re working on adding a new question type called the “Information Page”. The Information Page does not record data, but insteadprovides you with the ability to convey whatever information or media you wish at any point during your survey. For example, perhaps you’d like to include a page introducing each new section of your survey; well, now you can!
