SurveyManager Enhancements!

Enhancement Overview – We’ve been busy implementing many of your great suggestions for enhancing the SurveyManager. Click here for a descriptive list of the major enhancements we’ve implemented in the past 90 days.
Reporting with Google Maps – Integrating GPS coordinates into your survey data – In addition to tracking survey responses by time and date, the TouchPoint Mobile App offers GPS coordinates as well. When a client opts-in to the GPS location feature, you can track where customer surveys have been completed and map them within the SurveyManager’s integration with Google Maps. Capture customer comments in their own voice – We have added the ability to record comments using the iPhone and iPad’s microphone. In addition to written comments, you now have the option of sound recording the customers comments in their own voice. With the iPhone, given it has a camera, you can also record video and images and append them to the survey record!
Sat Alert Case Management The most recent addition to the SurveyManager is our Sat-Alert Case Management module. This module allows you to manage all sat alerts across your enterprise. Now you have the ability to track and document the status of all open alerts (status options include: “open”,” in progress”, “resolved”). Additionally, we have included access to the Respondent level report within the Sat Alert detail page. Click here for an online video tutorial.
Digital Dashboards – Real-time digital Dashboards provide you with at-a-glance overviews of your most important customer satisfaction metrics. You can customize your dahsboard by adding an unlimited number of gadgets to your dashboard layout. Each report type within the SurveyManager can be saved as a gadget and inserted into a quadrant within your customized Dashboard. You can also create rolled-up Dashboards for those enterprise accounts that have multiple locations or sub-accounts. | In an effort to simplify the wholesale pricing structure, we have eliminated the application fee and standard account fee. The only account fees that remain are those for Enterprise and Private licenses. This means that when you add a client as a sub-account beneath your Enterpise account, you will only be charged the device access license for each device within the new standard account. For current client accounts, we will retain the old pricing going forward and for all new accounts/orders we will use this new simpler pricing model. To help offset the loss of account revenue, we have increased the device access license from $295 to $395. The iPad/iPhone license is $495. Please contact us to know more about our new price list. |

Android App Now that we have the iPhone App completed we are currently working on extending our mobile app success to the Android platform. Being open-source Android supports a variety of device manufacturers that will provider a wider variety of hardware choices for your survey solutions.iPad Kiosk Enclosure We are currently working on finalizing our iPad Kiosk design. We are planning three configurations for housing the iPad: Stand, Wall and Table-top. With easy access, you can insert and secure the iPad within the enclosure as well as easily remove it for use as a mobile survey solution.
TouchPoint Mobile for Consumers (B2C) The first version of the TouchPoint Mobile App targeted businesses wanting to deploy private surveys to devices within specific SurveyManager accounts. Our next B2C version is focused on opening up the TouchPoint Mobile app to consumers interested in participating in surveys within their merchant community. Unlike private surveys belonging to a specific account, these surveys will be public in nature and can be completed by any consumer using a smartphone.
TouchPoint Mobile for Business 2.0 (B2B) Upcoming App enhancements include – Additional Matrix question types including: open-ended, single response, choose all that apply with response options including: slider, picker wheel and button. We’re also including multimedia capabilities within the survey as well as digital signage option for iPad kiosk application. We exect this release to become available in the first week of February, 2011. |

| Check for Updates- Be sure to periodicallydo a ‘Check for Update’ on your Windows devices to ensure you have the latest application updates. If you have version 2.4.43 or later, this step has been automated. For Apple device updates, you will be prompted within your iTunes account or through the App Store when updates are available.
