Announcing New Features
    • Report Scheduler – We’ve added more granular functionality to the Report Scheduler. Now you can schedule reports and include historical data based on daily, weekly or monthly intervals! Previously, you could only include monthly intervals.

 

    • Deploying the same survey to multiple device types? We’ve expanded the Multiple Survey feature to allow for comparing common questions across different surveys and different device types. Great feature to use with the Location Comparison report, when each location might have different surveys but have a core group of common questions.

 

    • New Matrix Ranking Question type – With Matrix Ranking, all responses are ranked according to preference – The Matrix Ranking question restricts a respondent to selecting one value for each response – no response can be duplicated, thereby providing a ranking of all options in the question.

 

  • Isolating Complete and/or Incomplete Surveys within Reports- Now you have the option of running reports on Complete and/or Incomplete surveys, or both combined. We’ve included radio buttons in the Create Survey screen to give more control over which survey group to include in your reports. Additionally, you can now click on the ‘Complete’ and ‘Incomplete’ Survey counts and receive a popup showing the raw data of each survey group. As you know, incomplete survey data can be very helpful in determining root causes of incomplete counts.

    • Memory Stick export option for the TouchPoint- Now you have the option of exporting your raw data from the TouchPoint device to a USB memory stick. When it’s critical to access data and no Internet connection is available, the USB memory stick will come in handy!

 

    • TouchPoint application available on the PocketPC! -We’re currently in the process of porting over the TouchPoint application, which has a wide-range of question types as well as multimedia functionality, to the WindowsMobile platform for use on the PocketPC and other Mobile devices.

 

    • 1,2,3 Click! – Coca Cola Spain has requested the ability to capture a digital image of the respondent for entry into a drawing as way of incenting the respondent. We are currently working on this exciting enhancement whereby the respondent can opt to include their photograph along with the survey. A digital camera accessory is required for this enhancement.

 

  • Password protected survey… In addition to the magnetic card reader, we are working on introducing another method of validating the survey respondent. We will introduce a password screen option so the TouchPoint can check a pre-existing list of passwords to validate the survey respondent prior to “unlocking” the survey.
